Dundee REIT August 2008 Monthly Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO - (Marketwire - Aug. 19, 2008) - DUNDEE REIT (TSX:D.UN) today announced a cash distribution of $0.183 per REIT Unit, Series A for the month of August. The August distribution will be payable on September 15, 2008 to unitholders of record as at August 29, 2008.
