America's Second Harvest Provides Emergency Food and Water to Tropic Storm Fay EvacueesCHICAGO, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- America's Second Harvest -- The Nation's Food Bank Network is prepared to provide food, water, grocery products and cleaning supplies to member food banks inFlorida that serve people affected by Tropical Storm Fay.
