Sage Software Volunteers Celebrate National Health Center Week at Community Health Centers Nationwide
TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Health Centers across the
nation will benefit from Sage Software volunteers this week as the company's
employees visit these centers to celebrate National Health Center Week. Sage
Software is a sponsor of the National Association of Community Health Centers'
National Health Center Week.
Sage Software employees are serving as volunteers at the following
Community Health Centers:
-- QueensCare Family Clinics inLos Angeles, CA, where volunteers will
help with filing
-- HealthLinc inKnox, IN, where volunteers will help out during the
opening of a new health center
-- Family Care Health Centers inSt. Louis, MO, where volunteers will act
as guides during an open house
-- Howard Brown Community Health inChicago, IL, where volunteers will
work in a resale shop that financially supports the Health Center's activities
-- ACORN Clinic inBrooker, FL, where volunteers will perform landscaping
activity, including weeding flower beds and power-washing a walkway
-- Community Health Centers, Inc. inWinter Garden, FL, where volunteers
will help archive records
-- Fenway Community Health inBoston, MA, where volunteers will help stuff
envelopes for a mailing
-- Whitney M. Young Health Center inAlbany, NY, where volunteers will
help set up, serve and clean up after an intergenerational cookout
Other volunteer events are planned for after National Health Center Week
for Community Health Centers that were unable to participate during the
celebration. Additionally, Sage Software will once again offer volunteer hours
as a sweepstakes giveaway at this year's National Association of Community
Health Center's yearly conference.
