OC Music Fest Receives Investment Commitment for $5M and Appoints New Officer

The new media partner is getting roughly 2% equity of OCMUSICFEST in exchange for their investment in kind.

Ryan brings valuable relationships and relationship building expertise to the Orange County Music Festival team. Ryan has years of experience in management, founding Foland Financial Corporation to supply private equity financing, and bridge-lending to established and young businesses that find the need for capital to finance proven concepts. Ryan recently received his MBA in business after achieving his BA in economics and finance, graduating with honors from the University California Santa Barbara.

Wayne Irving was formerly the President and CEO of Solutions Media, Inc. (Spinrecords.com, Somemusic.com), and the CEO of the Las Vegas Music Festival (eat-m.com). Wayne innovated convergent technologies, digital rights management, and the distribution of online music in the late 1990's and early 2000's. In 2001 Wayne served as Vice President for Business Development for Biodiesel Industries (biodieselindustries.com). In 2003 Wayne, as Vice President Business Development, arranged for the sale of Primegen Biotech, LLC (primegenbiotech.com).
