Pelosi Statement on House Passage of Global AIDS LegislationWASHINGTON, July 24 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Speaker "Today the House took an historic vote to pass landmark legislation to reauthorize our initiatives to fight infectious diseases in the developing world.
