American Stock Exchange Lists the Common Stock of Ur-Energy Inc.


NEW YORK, July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Ur-Energy Inc. under the ticker symbol URG.

Ur-Energy Inc. is a junior mining company focused on development of uranium production from properties inthe United States and exploration for uranium deposits in boththe United States andCanada. The Company is also engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of uranium properties inCanada and exploration and development of uranium projects in the United States.
