PropertyPreviews.com Announces New 'Instant Connect' Feature for the Eye-Fi Wireless Memory Card and Photo Service

CHICAGO, July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- PropertyPreviews.com, a free video creation and distribution service for real estate professionals, announces its integration with Eye-Fi, Inc., makers of the world's first wireless memory card for digital cameras. Now photographers and real estate professionals can create a video tour of a property by automatically uploading photos wirelessly from an Eye-Fi Card in their camera to PropertyPreviews.com.

Photos uploaded from the Eye-Fi Card are automatically converted into a Controlled Motion Video (CMV). CMV gives visual movement to static property images to create videos without the typical pixelization and loss of quality of videotaped tours. While the video creation is automated, users can personalize tours with editing tools and a variety of background music selections.

"PropertyPreviews.com makes it simple to create compelling, interactive property tours so real estate professionals and home sellers can effectively market their listing," said Jeff Harris, General Manager for PropertyPreviews.com. "Integrating with Eye-Fi's wireless photo uploading capabilities makes the process even more convenient because users can send their photos directly from their camera to our site."

Eye-Fi Cards are wireless memory cards for digital cameras that use Wi-Fi networks to automatically upload images from the camera to a computer and to the Web. Eye-Fi's newest card, the Eye-Fi Explore, offers hotspot access, enabling real estate professionals to upload property images without returning to their office or home wireless network. The Eye-Fi Explore also automatically tags users' photos with information about where the image was captured, allowing agents to pinpoint their photos on a digital map. Eye-Fi Explore Cards can be purchased through PropertyPreviews.com.

"We are very excited to allow another segment of photo users -- real estate professionals -- to improve, simplify and save time in yet another task for which photos are essential," said Ziv Gillat, co-founder and VP of business development for Eye-Fi. "Together with PropertyPreviews.com we are providing convenience and better marketing opportunities for agents and their clients."

On PropertyPreviews.com, the actual process of creating a video tour takes about five minutes and consists of uploading images, entering relevant property and profile information details and selecting Web sites for distribution. PropertyPreviews.com creates the automated tour and displays the property details, tour and photos in an ePostcard that can be distributed to an agent's Web site or other real estate listing services.

The site distributes this property information to a variety of video-based marketing sites, including Zillow, Trulia, Oodle, Google and YouTube - with one click of a button, and at no cost. The site also provides the ability to distribute the video tour to Realtor.com.

Reporting statistics that display ePostcard views and tracks referrals are also available via the PropertyPreviews.com reporting tool.

Eye-Fi has garnered numerous awards, including PC World's "The 100 Best Products of 2008" and Yahoo! Tech's "Last Gadget Standing 2008." The Eye-Fi family of products range from $79-$129 MSRP and are PC and Mac compatible. For more information, please visit www.eye.fi .
