Leading Latin American Telco Selects Callidus Software TrueComp Solution for Sales Performance Management

One of Latin America's Largest Mobile Telco Providers Standardizes on Callidus Platform

(NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), and CIS Corporate, Callidus Software's Latin American Reseller, today announced that one of Latin America's leading mobile telecommunications providers has selected the Callidus Software TrueComp® Manager, Callidus TrueAnalytics(TM), TrueResolution®, and TrueInformation® software modules. The agreement was signed in the second quarter of 2008. The customer will use Callidus Software's solutions to manage and optimize sales performance and incentive management for its direct and indirect sales representatives.

The telecommunications provider experiences strong growth in the vibrant Latin American market place and anticipates significant expansion of its distributor channels by 2010. The company selected Callidus Software's line of products to put in place a strong control mechanism that will support that growth, provide sales with one view of their performance, and enable tracking and speedy resolution of disputes.
