Web Site Launches for Medical Professionals Seeking Real Estate in Florida
Despite the slowdown in the residential and
commercial real estate markets, the medical real estate industry is one
segment that continues to see steady demand due to health care
professionals continually looking to move, expand or downsize medical
office space. As a result, a South Florida commercial broker associate for
the real estate health care industry has launched a new Web site, designed
to assist medical professionals in need of office space or property.
Serving the state of Florida, FloridaMedicalRealEstate.com focuses on all
types of medical real estate, including assisted living facilities (ALFs),
doctor offices, medical storefronts and medical flex space.
"We encourage anyone in Florida looking for medical-related real estate to
visit our new site, particularly those in Palm Beach or Broward counties,"
says Michael Buonaituto, CCIM candidate and founder of
FloridaMedicalRealEstate.com.
"Our state-of-the-art tools allow us to search for the best available
properties based on a client's specific criteria," he adds.
Also included is a section that features listings with high capitalization
(cap) rates, an important investment indicator for commercial properties.
Typically, a higher cap rate means a higher return over a period of time
for the buyer.
Visitors will be able to search real estate for rent, lease or sale, with
the option to send inquiries for more details on posted and non-posted
properties.
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Buonaituto is
a member of the Real Estate Association of the Palm Beaches, the Realtors
Commercial Alliance and a commercial broker associate for Coldwell Banker
Commercial NRT. He suggests that medical professionals seeking real estate
should look for someone with industry-specific experience and who knows the
medical markets.
"Like our clients, we too are specialists," he says. "It's important to
utilize someone who understands the intricacies of this particular
industry."
"The launch of the site is just one more way we can do that and help find
that ideal property for our clients."
