American Media, Inc. to Host July 30 Call With Noteholders of American Media Operations, Inc. Subsidiary
NEW YORK, July 18 /PRNewswire/ -- American Media, Inc. (AMI), the leading
publisher of celebrity journalism and health and fitness magazines in the
U.S., today said that it plans to host a conference call at 1:00 pm on
Wednesday, July 30, 2008 for the holders of the senior subordinated notes of
its American Media Operations, Inc. subsidiary. The purpose of the Company's
conference call will be to update noteholders with respect to its business.
American Media intends to provide dial-in information related the
conference call in a subsequent announcement closer to July 30.
