ev3 Inc. to Report 2008 Second Quarter Financial Results and Host Conference Call on August 1, 2008

(Nasdaq: EVVV) will release its 2008 second quarter and year-to-date financial
results on Friday, August 1, 2008, before regular market trading hours.
The company will host a conference call and webcast the same day at 7:30
a.m. Central Time (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time). ev3 management will review its
second quarter operating results and future outlook, followed by a question
and answer session.
