FORE Begins Construction on Luxury Apartments in Sparks
LAS VEGAS, July 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Fore Property Company (FORE) announces
the start of construction on a 300-unit luxury apartment community inSparks,
Nevada.
Located in theSpanish Springs area ofSparks, FORE's newest luxury
apartments will be built on a 20 acre parcel in the Pioneer Meadows
master-planned community. The site is located on Rolling Meadows Drive and
has convenient access to major transportation arteries including Vista
Boulevard and Pyramid Highway. In addition to its close proximity to major
retail, a variety of restaurants, and local parks, the community is also
located just minutes from The Resort at Red Hawk, considered one of the area's
premier golf courses.
