PRT Announces July 2008 Distribution
VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (Marketwire - July 18, 2008) - The PRT Forest Regeneration Income Fund (TSX:PRT.UN) announced today a cash distribution of $0.02 per unit for the month ending July 31, 2008. The distribution will be payable on August 15, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2008. For Canadian income tax purposes, the distribution is comprised of taxable interest income of $0.017631 per unit and a return of capital of $0.002369 per unit.

The PRT Forest Regeneration Income Fund is an open ended, single purpose trust created to own all the common shares and subordinated notes of Pacific Regeneration Technologies Inc.
