AmeriChip International, Inc. Clarifies Recent Unauthorized Press Releases

AmeriChip International, Inc. (OTCBB: ACII) announced today in the past 17 days a number of releases have been distributed to the media or via the internet by Mr. Francis Gaskins of IPODeskTop.

None of the releases issued since July 1, 2008 have been sanctioned by the Company. The Company informed Mr. Gaskins, in writing, on July 1, 2008 that he had no such authority to disseminate information pertaining to the Company without prior written board approval.

Mr. Gaskins violated this instruction on July 1, 2008, July 11, 2008 and July 17, 2008 as no written consent was given.

The Company is investigating the source of the unauthorized release of material non-public information. This information was inadvertently made public as a result of an unauthorized email to an AmeriChip shareholder from Mr. Gaskins.

Mr. Gaskins knew or ought to have known that the release of the material non-public information is in direct violation of United States securities laws.

The Company has confirmed that the "release" of July 17, 2008 was not disseminated via PrimeNewswire as suggested.
