Participants in the Real Estate Syndication Seminar program are being exposed to some of the finest real estate talent in the country. So far, the participants have learned how to position themselves as experts so that they can confidently, and quickly, raise money from a growing fan-base of investors.

The program is now about to expose them to experts so that they can build a well-rounded foundation in the syndication business. This can catapult their success to new heights in this very lucrative industry.

I promised that we would bring great talent to the table, and on Monday, July 14th, 2008 our first guest speaker will illustrate how successful syndicators work inside real estate law - because some of the concepts are unique to syndicators and promoters. This is not commonplace material that is known by typical brokers, agents, and mortgage professionals. This is material that applies specifically to syndicators so that they can navigate the waters, and land in a place where the money flows.

On Monday, I will interview my good friend and long time attorney, Mark Levinson, an expert in real estate matters, securities, lending and financial institution law. Mark will shed light on what real estate syndicators need to know, and how they go about learning it so that they can avoid the many pitfalls that others without this training might fall victim to.

Mark is a shareholder with one of the most prestigious law firms in the United States. The firm, Greenberg Traurig, has over 1,800 professionals, in offices around the United States and throughout the world. You can read more about Mark at http://www.gtlaw.com/People/WilliamMarkLevinson.

The Real Estate Syndication Seminar program is designed for people with a financial background or real estate background - to learn the tips, techniques, and some of the pitfalls of the syndication business. Few businesses are as lucrative as this one, but it's a business that one has to execute carefully in order to succeed. Rather than making the mistakes, this is your chance to learn from me, because I've seen the mistakes and made plenty of them over the years.

NewsBlaze realestate readers will learn from my experience by participating in our program. We still have openings, and we're offering this one session at no cost so readers can experience first-hand the value that we're delivering to the participants in our program. At the end of this TeleSeminar, you'll have the opportunity to join in the program and to continue to reap the benefits that all of our participants are deriving.

If you'd like to participate, go to www.syndicatefast.com/seminar and register. You may also send this story to as many others as you like. There is no limit to the number of people who can listen to this call, but there is a limit to the number of people who can participate in our program. So, tell your friends, and register to join the call so you can learn first-hand from one of the nation's finest attorneys how to syndicate real estate, and how to avoid the pitfalls that could cost you your business.
