NEW YORK, July 3, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Brualdi Law Firm P.C. announces that a lawsuit has commenced in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf of purchasers of Healthways, Inc. ("Healthways" or "the Company") common stock during the period between October 17, 2007 and February 26, 2008 (the "Class Period").
