B&H Maintenance & Construction, Inc. Acquitted of All Allegations
FARMINGTON, N.M., July 3 /PRNewswire/ -- B&H Maintenance & Construction,
Inc. (B&H) and executives J.P. Smith and Landon Martin on June 19, 2008, were
acquitted of bid rigging charges by a jury inDenver, Colo., U.S. District
Court.
