Telethra and ESPRE Solutions Partner to Make the Internet a Scalable and Secure Space for Next Generation Live Media Content Delivery and Collaboration

Telethra, a leading developer of a
patent-pending VXN technology enabling a virtual infrastructure for
web-based live multimedia delivery and award winning OpenVPN open source
software, and ESPRE Solutions (OTCBB: EPRT), a Dallas-based video media
solutions and technology company with a revolutionary and patented video
compression technology, today announced a strategic partnership. This
partnership will enable enterprises to deploy next generation video and
collaboration tools rapidly over the Internet.
By shedding the expense, maintenance, and complexity of hardware, anyone
will be able to deploy "on demand" web 2.0 applications, live broadcast,
multi-cast, video conferencing and collaboration over the internet in a
highly scalable web-based infrastructure. This move will for the first
time create a unique program for all enterprise operations to rapidly
expand or retract a full range of emerging web 2.0 applications, real-time
interactive collaborations, anywhere, anytime, from any standard web
browser. Industry standard SSL VPN security will be available to ensure
private and confidential data and media content transmissions. Application
developers will be able to create custom applications that will peacefully
co-exist with all existing legacy systems.
ESPRE and Telethra will provide the means to create a virtual portal to
users, enterprises, and developers in offering a full set of collaboration
and developer tools. Telethra will work jointly with ESPRE to drive
development of the projects and their integration with VXN platform
technologies.
"ESPRE Solutions on-line video and collaboration software is a great asset
to the Telethra infrastructure. ESPRE's patented Lightning Strike(TM)
Codec surpasses all others CODEC's, including the fact that the LSVX(TM)
CODEC has better signal to noise ratios (PSNR), causing ESPRE's video
playback to be much sharper," said Francis Dinha, CEO of Telethra. "ESPRE
has made tremendous progress bringing its technology and tools to this
level of maturity and functionality for the user and developer. Telethra
is excited to partner with ESPRE to take on future developments and add to
their offer with our VXN platform technologies. Our combined technologies
create a powerful framework that makes Web 2.0 strategies even simpler to
adopt and more affordable for the mass market. Telethra has built it's
product on an open architecture, and will go one step further to
accommodate the developer by providing rich APIs that will accelerate
development of customer-specific solutions and stimulate broader adoption
of video broadcast and collaboration technology," added Dinha.
ESPRE Solutions harnesses the power of collaboration to extract the
benefits of visually connecting global work groups and individuals to
create, share, and deliver live video content over the Internet. At the
core of ESPRE Solutions is the revolutionary video encoding and decoding
(codec) services provided by the patented wavelet based Lightning Strike
LSVX(TM) Codec. ESPRE's business strategy focuses on building strong
partnership and investing in companies that define the leading edge of
video collaboration.
ESPRE Solutions CEO Pete Ianace states that, "ESPRE has an unlimited right
to use license for Telethra's VXN technology which is the backbone for
ESPRE's VUELive and OpenACircle.com service offerings being launched over
the summer and fall. Telethra's established brand and open source OpenVPN
community are complementary to ESPRE's. Additionally, Telethra has the
proven ability to bring to market enterprise grade open source software,
which will greatly enhance ESPRE's service and applications deployment."
Mr. Ianace continues, "Telethra has the leadership and commitment to
innovation that will help ESPRE move into a leading position in the
developer and on-line video collaboration markets. Integration with
Telethra VXN and OpenVPN technologies will only serve to bolster the
strength of our platform."
Telethra VXN and ESPRE software technologies are immediately available
today. OpenVPN security software is also available as free open source and
available under the GPLv2 license. Telethra is currently working on an
enterprise version of OpenVPN software that will be an optional component
within the VXN package. "Our OpenVPN software will optimize security in
live media and content delivery, while simplifying the complexities of
installation, configuration, and management," said Francis Dinha, CEO of
Telethra, Inc. Telethra VXN and ESPRE Solutions licensing is available
immediately. For more information on the projects, visit
