LaserLock Signs Exclusive Agreement With Arthur Blank & Co.


PHILADELPHIA, July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LaserLock Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LLTI) today announced that it had signed a worldwide exclusive license agreement with Arthur Blank & Co., headquartered inBoston (http://www.arthurblank.com).

The announcement was made by Norman A. Gardner, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of LaserLock Technologies Inc.

With a capacity to print 1.5-billion cards a year, Arthur Blank, a division of American Banknote Corp, is the largest producer of plastic cards inNorth America.

The agreement covers all subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide. Arthur Blank's cards are currently being utilized as secure credit cards -- Visa and MasterCard; bank cards; healthcare and insurance cards; ID, security and access cards; gaming and hotel cards; driver's licenses; membership and gift cards, among others.

"We are very optimistic about this partnership," says Norman Gardner. "The agreement is renewable for up to five years based on reaching specific milestones."
