cFares Selects Elleipsis TravelTalk(R) for GDS and Private Fare Inventory
Elleipsis' Technology Provides Access to Cheaper Unpublished Travel Content; Further Expands Online Transactions Through Popular Global Travel Site

Elleipsis Global Travel Solutions, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: EGTS), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Elleipsis, Inc.,
announced today the successful launch of its TravelTalk® fare search and booking solution into
discount airfare search company cFares. cFares, a unique membership-based
Internet travel service that seeks the web for the widest selection of
discount airfares, has integrated TravelTalk web services into its
mega-search model site. This partnership enables cFares to offer consumers
an unprecedented selection of global travel options at a discount well
below the published rates on other travel sites.
Elleipsis, which secures travel fares through its agreements with the major
Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo as
well as international consolidators, is able to offer previously
unpublished "net" airfares. By integrating TravelTalk into cFares' search
platform, these discounted fares are reaching the growing global travel
marketplace.
Unlike an online travel agency, cFares searches the internet to locate and
aggregate deals from every source, including airlines, wholesalers, and
online travel agencies. While anyone can use the site's service for free,
cFares offers a Platinum membership option, similar to the "Costco" model,
which offers additional savings on all airfares.
"At cFares, our success is based upon our ability to search and deliver a
broad selection of discount fares from many sources not available on any
single site," said Vajid Jafri, cFares' founder and Chairman of the Board.
"Through Elleipsis' TravelTalk, we are able to tap into unpublished private
fares as well as the GDS published fares, and bring the lowest price
results to our customers."
In addition to offering access to multiple GDS inventory, Elleipsis'
technology has created a global marketplace for discount consolidator
fares. Customers, such as cFares, online travel agencies, and
consolidators using TravelTalk now have direct, real-time access, either as
a supplier or as a distributor.
