Empirical Closes Its Private Placement of Convertible Debentures

Empirical Inc. - The Dialogue Architects (TSX VENTURE: EM) (the "Company" or "Empirical") announces the close of its private placement of convertible debentures (the "Convertible Debentures"). The Company raised gross proceeds of $640,000.

The terms of the Convertible Debentures are set out in the press releases of March 12, 2008 and April 10, 2008.
