New York Giants' Michael Strahan and Dreier LLP Host Charity Golf Tournament June 29-30
NEW YORK, June 24 /PRNewswire/ --
WHAT: The 2008 Michael Strahan/Dreier LLP Charity Golf Tournament to
benefit disadvantaged children. The tournament, now in its third year, is
hosted by New York Giants great Michael Strahan and Dreier LLP, a law firm
that specializes in commercial litigation, real estate, intellectual property,
entertainment, sports, tax, and other practice areas. This year's event, which
benefits the children's charities Children's Rights and Keep A Child Alive,
features a private concert by an 11-time Grammy Award-winning singer and an
auction of sports memorabilia by Michael Strahan on Sunday, June 29, followed
by a celebrity golf tournament on Monday, June 30 featuring current and former
professional football, baseball, basketball and hockey stars. Last year, the
tournament raised more than $300,000 for children's charities.
Audemars Piguet joins the tournament this year as Lead Sponsor, and
Continental Airlines is proud to support the event as the official airline of
the Michael Strahan/Dreier LLP Charity Golf Tournament.

Pairings Party, which features a private concert and sports auction by Michael
Strahan at TAO Restaurant, 42 E. 58th St. inNew York.

WHO: New York Giants legend Michael Strahan and celebrity golfers
including Marcus Allen, Lee Elder, Eric Dickerson, Deacon Jones, Julius
Erving, Shawne Merriman, Dwight Freeney, Jessie Armstead, Harry Carson, Carl
Banks, Jason Sehorn, Tony Siragusa, Vince Coleman, actor Chris McDonald (Happy
Gilmore's "Shooter McGavin"), Richard Dent, Alonzo Mourning, Donnie Edwards,
Marshall Faulk, John Kruk, Mario Lemieux, Ahmad Rashad, Ozzie Smith and Darryl
