Solei Systems, Inc. Announces Negotiations to Acquire MiG Marine Corporation

Solei Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SOLI) (the "Company") announced today that has entered into negotiations to acquire the high-speed power boat manufacturer, MiG Marine Corporation of Ohio. The rationale for the negotiation is that Solei Systems' expanding product line is increasingly in need of fiberglass manufacturing expertise, which MiG Marine has been providing to the Company on an advisory capacity.

MiG Marine Corporation manufactures high-speed power boats from eleven to twenty-seven feet in length. It currently is in the process of developing a fifteen-foot high-speed version powered by a Harley-Davidson motorcycle engine.
