Scientific Games Announces New Credit Facilities
NEW YORK, June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Scientific Games Corporation
(Nasdaq: SGMS) announced today that its subsidiary, Scientific Games
International, Inc., entered into a new $250 million senior secured revolving
credit facility and a new $550 million senior secured term loan credit
facility.
Scientific Games used the net proceeds of the new senior credit facilities
to repay outstanding borrowings under the previously existing senior credit
facilities.
