Agnew Awarded Nepali Translation Project by Regenerate Films

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Regenerate Films selected Agnew Tech-II to translate from the Nepali language to English, rare and exclusive, in depth interviews with Nepali government exiting and entering leaders. The Maoist party joined the democratic electoral process and emerged from a ten year long civil war to a resounding victory. The newly elected Communist Party ofNepal espouses a "new model" of communism.

"Agnew Tech-II is pleased to have the opportunity to participate in the Nepal project that includes transcription, translation, subtitling and DVD mastering of interviews for inclusion in the Regenerate Films' production of "The Nepal Duet," a pair of investigative documentaries addressing the issues surroundingNepal's climb out of brutal medieval, and feudal poverty into the twenty first century," said Irene Agnew, company president.

"We are especially fortunate to include in the production of the "Nepal Duet," an exclusive and extensive interview with Maoist Chairman Prachanda, the new prime minister ofNepal," said Larry Janss, Chairman of Regenerate Films. According to Janss, "Nepal is a small, poor third world country, the poorest in all ofCentral Asia, as measured by GNP, but is perhaps the wealthiest as measured in natural resources and strategic location." "The Nepalese people are struggling with their own self definition and determination and are throwing off the yoke of nearly three centuries of repressive feudal monarchy. They are in the throes of democratically selecting their path into the 21st century and are doing so boldly," said Janss.
