NorthPole Limited provides more than 30,000 Tents, Canopies, Sleeping Bags and Furniture to Sichuan Earthquake Victims

NorthPole Limited, a Hong Kong-based corporation, has provided more than 30,000 tents, canopies, sleeping bags and furniture to date, from its Xiamen, China-based headquarters, for relief efforts to those affected by the May 12 earthquake in Sichuan Province, China.

"Relief efforts have been ongoing from our side since this disaster struck, and we continue to look at all available avenues to continue this support," said NorthPole CEO Steve Fleischli. "The level of support has been humbling to say the least - support with product to individual financial contributions from all our employees and staff. Being located in China, we were able to react quickly with initial efforts including outfitting local fire and rescue teams with necessary equipment for shelter."

Representatives from NorthPole have been working tirelessly from the onset to ensure all available product is and was provided as fast as possible, beginning on May 13 and continuing even today. The company plans to continue to fill as many orders as possible from the many entities and organizations ongoing requests.
