According to Adam F. Coblin, Chairman and CEO of UDS Group, Inc., "UDS Group, Inc. has engaged Small Cap Consulting, LLC to assist in the completion of UDS's move to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board Exchange. It is our goal to move from the Pink Sheets to the OTC:BB this summer. Small Cap Consulting, LLC will assist us in completing the move. With the dramatic expansion of our delivery services to additional SUBWAY® markets, our management team needs to focus on our core business and Small Cap will assist on the move to the Bulletin Board exchange."
