Allied Solutions Buys Agency, Expands Distribution in KS, MO, and NE
CARMEL, Ind., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Solutions, LLC has purchased
Kansas City, MO-based MJB Insurance Services, Inc., a provider of insurance
and financial products and services to credit unions inKansas,Missouri, and
Nebraska.

Mike Button, president and owner of MJB Insurance Services, agrees that
the two firms are a good fit. "Our approach to the credit union market is very

provide the best products and services for our clients. By joining forces with
Allied Solutions, we will have additional best-in-class products, tools and
resources to expand our offerings in the market."
With the purchase, Button and Alan Tenbrink, a producer with MJB, will
become regional vice-presidents for Allied Solutions and help direct marketing
efforts inMissouri,Kansas, andNebraska. Allied Solutions is also in the
process of hiring two client training and support employees to provide service
to existing and prospective credit unions clients in the territory.
