In Response to "Reject The Decision of CA"

We, the Nepalese, through the power vested as the "people" of this country, reject the declaration of Nepal as a republic country through the Constituent Assembly elections which was burdened with intimidations and extortions by the terrorist organizations and heavily influenced by our unfriendly neighbor India.

We believe the election, its decision and the haste to declare Nepal as a republic was a foreign propaganda to weaken Nepal's sovereignty which benefits the indifferent neighbor for the process of Sikkimization. This time is grave sensitive and we urge the United States, United Nations and United Kingdom to preserve this nation's integrity and help Nepal fight global terrorism. As the world has been diseasing with Communism and Terrorism, we believe the help from established powers is essential.

Nepal knocks the door of justice to the United States, United Kingdom and the United Nations. The people of Nepal are waiting for the justice that is due to be served by these powers to the criminals of war-a justice that "Nepalese" failed to deliver. 13,000 families' blood is not dry yet, and an insult has been added on it-a burden that these families will never be able to carry. When the justice fails to be served easily, then the eccentric power appears to endure their pain, and so is the case of these families-where every son, father, mother, and a widow is waiting for the "eccentric power's interference".

Please forward this to everyone you know, and everywhere possible. If you are a Nepali, your experience is no different than mine. Let us form a global organization of Nepalese to overthrow the joint dictatorship of barely 500 people who happen to be Indian agents and prepare Nepal fight against our unfriendly neighbor.

Let the terrorist know that Nepalese people are enduring violence not because the Gurkha blood is a myth, but because we do not want any more bloodshed. Let Nepal become the "Zone of Peace" as HM King Birendra declared and our same neighbor did not endorse it. Through this memorandum, I would also like to withdraw any of my memberships for political/non-political organizations that I have ever received-willingly or unknowingly. The cultural, regional, social, ethnical organizations have compromised with national sovereignty. Hence, I would like to join only an organization that believes in "Nepal chaar jaat chattis warna ko sajha phulbari ho", and focuses on "Nepal" rather than ethnic or regional development.
