The Topic of Scientology Makes Me Want to Speak Out

This is the first OP-Ed I've read that has made me want to comment. I'm Jewish and I find it absolutely disgusting that Scientology gets preferential tax benefits...
This is made even WORSE by the fact that they received that status through shady means. This article made me take a look into scientology. I've read the official sites. I've also read the critics sites. What I found was shocking and disgusting in the extreme.
Scientology is lying about these kids being terrorists! Their sites didn't say anything about violence and in fact they specifically said they are a non-violent movement. I used to think Scientology was just some sort of weird Hollywood religion. Now I know the truth.
The Church of Scientology is a dangerous criminal organization that SHOULD by all rights be investigated and prosecuted by the US government for its crimes against the public and its own members.
