visionGATEWAY wins US$28m Contract for INTERScepter(TM) With its SMB Lite(TM) Solution

SAN DIEGO, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- visionGATEWAY Inc. (Pink Sheets: VGWA), a developer and marketer of products that increase management and control by employers and parents over Internet use by their employees or children, announced today that its INTERScepter(TM) SMB Lite(TM) appliances, a solution that allows small businesses to manage their employees effectively and responsibly, has been selected by a major retail group for sale in more than 500 retail stores inAustralia, with deliveries set to commence in July 2008. The contract, valued by the Company at over US$28 million over a period of 12 months, calls for 1,600 INTERScepter SMB Lite appliances per month through a direct network of 72 stores and distribution to more than 500 stores acrossAustralia. The purchaser will make an immediate deposit on the order.

President Martin Wotton commented, "Small Medium Businesses (SMB) today are very concerned about what their staff are doing on the Internet and the resultant cost in lost productivity. Within an environment of escalating business costs SMBs need to be able to maximize their employees' productivity. Our SMB Lite solution is specifically aimed at businesses of around 20 employees and is extremely cost effective showing a return on investment to the small business owner in under three months."

INTERScepter SMB Lite gives businesses complete control over all Internet use in the office -- managing all users and how they access web sites and all applications (such as Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, Instant Messaging, Email and Chat Rooms). It also features minute-by-minute reporting and control over all the 65,000 ports that access the Internet. The appliance version is a plug-and-play option that can be easily installed in the office network without disrupting any information flow.

Wotton said that the Company is currently in negotiation with additional retailers and distributors, for both INTERScepter SmartParent(TM), and its INTERScepter Small Medium Business(TM) solution line, in overseas markets beyondAustralia.
