VinStickers, LLC Sells On-the-Lot Services to CDM Dealer Services, Inc., a Kelley Blue Book Company
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- VinStickers, LLC, dba
VinSolutions.com, a leading provider of automotive CRM, ILM, and Inventory
control services, sold its on-the-lot services to CDM Dealer Services, Inc., a
Kelley Blue Book company, on April 18, 2008. VinStickers selected CDM, a well-
established and reliable automotive data collection and online marketing
service, because of their reputation for excellence.

VinStickers and CDM jointly notified the dealer body affected by the sale
in mid-April. Their primary focus was to provide dealers with a seamless
transition. CDM began servicing accounts on April 21, 2008, and the two
companies continued working in tandem throughout the remainder of the
transition period. On May 9, 2008, CDM completed the transition of services.
