Johns In The Netherlands Have To Check If Prostitute Has License
By Robert Paul Reyes
"Clients of prostitutes in the Netherlands may soon need to check for a sex license.
The Dutch cabinet wants to make it an offence to use the services of a sex operator without a license or a non-registered independent prostitute," the government said in a statement." Quotation from Reuters
When a John is negotiating with a prostitute he is checking out her assets, and the last thing on his mind is checking to see if she has a license to fornicate.
The burden shouldn't be on the customer, but on prostitutes and the operators of brothels to make sure that all the working girls are licensed.
The sex workers in the famous Dutch houses of prostitution are probably all licensed, but some of the ladies plying their trade in back alleys most likely have this attitude:
Where's my license? Whatcha talking about fool? I don't need no stinkin' license!
I still remember how happy I was when I got my drivers license at the age of 16. I wonder, does a Dutch prostitute exclaim: Whoopee, I got my government license that allows me to have sex with strangers, some of them sexual deviants and sexual predators.
Prostitution is legal in the Netherlands, but it seems some ladies of the night prefer to work outside the system.
