Aquiline Announces Voting Results From Annual Meeting of Shareholders May 15, 2008

Aquiline Resources Inc. ("Aquiline" or the "Company") (TSX: AQI) is pleased to report voting results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders ("Annual Meeting") held yesterday in Toronto, Ontario. In total, votes were received prior to proxy cut-off representing 35,640,532 shares, or approximately 59.2% of the issued and outstanding shares, a historical record for Aquiline voting participation. Of the shares voted by proxy, 89.2% were voted in favour of the re-election of directors and 99.7% in favour of the appointment of the auditors.

The final scrutineers' report from Computershare is expected to be filed next week, and could contain differences based on final reconciliation, but is not expected to differ materially. The slide presentation shown at the Annual Meeting is posted to the website at www.aquiline.com.
