Bonal International, Inc. Renews Employment Agreement with President A. George Hebel
ROYAL OAK, Mich., May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bonal International,
Inc.'s (OTC: BONL) Board of Directors today announced that it has signed a
two-year employment agreement with A. George Hebel, its president. The
contract is effective April 1, 2008 and is renewable year to year. The
contract includes a paid five year non-compete and consulting agreement after
retirement.
In November 2007, Bonal announced that it was terminating the original
agreement since it was negotiated in 1985 and many of its terms are no longer
applicable or in the best interest of Bonal. The agreement was terminated in
accordance with its terms and there were no material early termination
penalties incurred by Bonal International, Inc.
