Angela J. Blackmer Appointed to Vice President of Oxford Bank


OXFORD, Mich., May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: OXBC), announced today the appointment of Angela J. Blackmer to vice president.

Mrs. Blackmer is the senior credit analyst for the Bank's commercial banking department, a position she has held since joining the Bank as an assistant vice president in March of 2006. Her responsibilities include the review of commercial loan requests, analysis of corporate financial statements, personal financial statements, collateral position, and the assignment of credit ratings.

A resident ofOtter Lake, Michigan, Mrs. Blackmer has over six years of financial underwriting experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan-Flint and an associate's degree in general studies from Mott Community College.
