Emerald Dairy Files Form 12b-25 Extends Quarterly Report Filing Deadline to May 20, 2008

RESTON, Va., May 16 /Xinhua-PR Newswire-FirstCall/ -- Emerald Dairy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EMDY) announced today that it will file a notification of late filing on Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2008. The Company is still completing its financial statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008 in order to properly prepare and complete an accurate Form 10-Q. The Company intends to file its Form 10-Q within the 5-day extension period.
