Wabash National Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share. The dividend is payable on July 9, 2008, to the holders of record of the common stock of the corporation on June 26, 2008.
