The CMOC also has members of the local government on site to help facilitate essential services repairs in the area. Additionally, an Iraqi Army representative helps coordinate humanitarian relief missions for the people.

The IAC, which provides Iraqi citizens with a way to file claims for damages incurred as a result of Coalition Forces action and located detained family members, has helped the people of Sadr City by paying out 19 claims, receiving 579 walk-in visits seeking information about filing a claim, numerous tips about Special Groups activity in the area, and answered more than 30 phone calls.
