Panthers Party's call for Dissolution of J&K Govt.

Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman of JKNPP has described the coalition Government in Jammu and Kashmir as 'security risk' and demanded its immediate dismissal to save the people of Jammu and Kashmir from further death and destruction.

Prof. Bhim Singh said that there is nothing like law and order or security in the state and literally there is no administration worth its name. The Ministers and High-flying Bureaucrats are busy in loot of the State Exchequers whereas senior ruling party leaders including Ministers have been indulging in seditious and anti-national activities provoking the communal sentiments of the innocent people and preaching secession. He said that the main ruling partner PDP leaders and their activities have threatened the security of the State and caused alarming situation. He quoted Mufti Mohd. Sayeed demanding Pakistan Currency meaning thereby accession with Pakistan, his daughter labelling highly provocative false and malicious charges against the Indian Army when she charged the Indian Army for killing people in Chhattisinghpora in Kashmir during Clinton's visit to India. He has demanded immediate criminal action against the PDP President under Section 153 (a) and 120 for creating hatred and ill-will against the world celebrated Indian Army. Sheikh Abdullah who was imprisoned and tried for 23 years had not labelled such allegations against the Army of the country.

A ruling party, partner of the Congress in Government has threatened peace and communal harmony encouraging terrorism in the State which was witnessed in Samba last week only. The Panthers Party Chief has demanded immediate action and registering F.I.R. against PDP leader which was filed two weeks' back with the Superintendent of Police, Jammu.

He urged the Governor of J&K to discharge his constitutional mandate to save the State from death and destruction by dismissing the coalition government in J&K and bringing PDP leaders to justice without any delay.
