Rubio's(R) Restaurants, Inc. Enters Into $20 Million Credit Facility With Pacific Western Bank
CARLSBAD, Calif., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rubio's(R) Restaurants,
Inc. (Nasdaq: RUBO) today announced that it entered into a $20 million credit
facility with Pacific Western Bank. The facility includes a $5 million
revolving line of credit and a $15 million non-revolving line. The interest
rate on both lines is variable based on the prime rate plus 0.25%, resulting
in an initial rate of 5.25%.

and expect this facility to be sufficient to finance our planned expansion
over the next two years. Our plans include 18 new units in 2008 and 30 to 40
in 2009, depending on the state of the economy," said Dan Pittard, Rubio's
