FISQ Announces the Dissolution of the Canadian Foreign Currency Bond Fund-Quebec Profile

Les Fonds d'investissements specialises du Quebec Inc. ("FISQ"), the manager of the Canadian Foreign Currency Bond Fund - Quebec Profile (the "Fund"), announces the dissolution of the Fund as of May 31, 2008. The decision to dissolve the Fund was based on part on the lack of interest of the investors towards the Fund and the low level of transaction since the Fund's inception.

The notice informing the holders of the dissolution of the Fund was sent on Friday March 14, 2008.

The unitholders must sell or transfer their units by May 31, 2008. The instructions of the unitholders must be sent to FISQ no later than May 31, 2008 using the form attached to the notice.
