Performance Technologies Expands International Signalling Reach with Bakcell Limited in the CIS Region

today announced that Bakcell Limited, a leading GSM and WiMax operator in
Baku, Azerbaijan, has brought into service the company's SEGway(TM) STP
Signalling Solution to assist in the rapid delivery of advanced mobile service
offerings to its customers inAzerbaijan.
Bakcell is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth following
recent network investments and expansion in its network coverage and capacity.
