Intrepid Signs Agreements to Sell Soil Amendment Product

Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc.
(OTCBB: ITRP), a renewable biogas alternate energy and soil amendment
company, is pleased to announce that they have signed an agreement with
Magic Valley Compost (MVC), a regional high volume processor and marketer
of soil amendment and organic compost products, whereby Intrepid will sell
digester bio-fiber from its Whitesides and WestPoint plants to MVC for
blending with their existing higher-end compost materials.
Mr. Tony Brand, General Manager of MVC, stated, "Intrepid's digested fiber
material has some very unique and very attractive properties that make it
an outstanding blend material that could capture a significant share of the
high quality soil amendment market. We are finding demand for our highly
versatile premium products potentially exceeding our current supply sources
and having access to Intrepid's inventory and future production is both
timely and advantageous."
Mr. Jake Dustin, President of Intrepid, said, "Our ability to produce a
consistent product on a regular schedule and MVC's close physical proximity
to our plants and their established markets make a great combination.
Moreover, we share a common vision and incentive that there are other
fertilizer/soil amendment products that can potentially be created from the
nutrient-rich waste stream from our digester operations."
Intrepid is now fully engaged in selling all of their products from the
Whiteside's biogas plant. Carbon credits are being sold on an annual
contract to Eco-Securities, the biomethane to an industrial fertilizer
company and now the fiber to Magic Valley Compost. Existing agreements for
fiber and carbon credits will also cover the Westpoint biogas plant.
About Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc.: We are an application
innovator in Alternative Energy technology, soil amendment products and
