Free Health Tips about Garlic

By Steve Fisher, ND

To cure disease is noble...To prevent disease is wise!

I hope this email finds you feeling your best. Today I want to tell everyone about the benefits and uses of an amazing herb...garlic.

Garlic has antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties. It can lower your blood pressure, lower harmful cholesterol, and is inexpensive. It even keeps vampires away when worn around your neck! What more can you ask for?

Garlic is best used in its' natural state. That means that raw is best, cooked would be second best and pill form the least effective. Don't fret about the odor; just eat it at night when you are not going to be around people for awhile. If it is hard for you to eat raw garlic you can try pressing some through a garlic press and mixing it with olive oil; then spread it on some whole grain bread and placing under your broiler in the oven for a very short period of time. This actually tastes good.

So, the next time you feel your immune system going down or just want to prevent health problems from occurring for the garlic!
