technology, has been invited to present at the 6th Annual Wedbush Morgan
Securities MAC: Management Access Conference for Micro-Small-Mid-Cap
Companies to be held at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York on May 21-22,
2008.
TeleCommunication Systems chairman, president and CEO, Maurice B. Tosé, and
senior vice president and CFO, Tom Brandt, are scheduled to present on
Wednesday, May 21 at 4:00 ET.
Management will discuss recent record financial results and company
progress, including strong wireless carrier license sales trends. They will
also address recent contract awards received as one of six primary vendors
on a $5 billion Army Worldwide Satellite Systems Contract vehicle. On May
1, 2008, the company reported record first quarter 2008 GAAP net income,
which was up 90% year-over-year to $4.6 million, or $0.11 per basic share.
These results were driven by an 18% sequential increase in revenue to $40.4
million.
