CryptoLogic Declares Quarterly Dividend

CryptoLogic Limited (TSX: CRY)(TSX: CXY)(NASDAQ: CRYP)(LSE: CRP), a leading software developer to the global Internet gaming market, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the company's quarterly dividend of US$0.12 per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2008 to shareholders of record of CryptoLogic Limited and CryptoLogic Exchange Corporation as at June 9, 2008. The ex-dividend date will be June 5, 2008.

For Shareholders of CryptoLogic Limited, the dividend payment is subject to a 20% Irish withholding tax.
