Vectren Announces 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Webcast
EVANSVILLE, Ind., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vectren Corporation
(NYSE: VVC) will hold its 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday,
May 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. CDT. Shareholders of record as of the close of
business on March 12, 2008 will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The
meeting will take place at Vectren's headquarters located at One Vectren
Square, 211 N.W. Riverside Dr.,Evansville, Indiana.
A live audio-only webcast of the meeting accompanied by a slide
presentation will be available on Vectren's website, http://www.vectren.com,
by choosing the "2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders" icon located on the
right-hand of the page. A replay of the webcast will be made available at the
same location approximately two hours following the conclusion of the meeting.
