"We're honored to be part of this Florida Middle Keys destination story and be one of the host destinations to the Southern Boating crew in supporting the Marathon community," said Thad Rutherford, Marlin Bay Yacht Club's Developer. "Marathon, Florida is a paradise for boating, fishing, diving and water adventure and this type of story brings exposure to the many benefits of living in the Florida Keys -- especially Marlin Bay Yacht Club."

The South's largest boating magazine, Southern Boating, scouted out some of the Middle Keys land and water destinations including local favorite restaurants, fishing spots, secret snorkeling spots, dock and dine destinations, vacation accommodations, and the latest in luxury marina living at Marlin Bay Yacht Club. Southern Boating Editors' Risa Merl and Robb Hanrahan led the two-day venture through the Middle Keys by sea and shore.

Marlin Bay Yacht Club's marina is the focal point of this $220 million Florida Keys real estate destination. Designed to provide a protected harbor for vessels ranging from 40 to 70 feet, the private marina offers 99 boat slips, dock master, concierge marina service, complete hookups for every slip, and fast access to the warm-water pleasures of the Atlantic, Gulf and Florida Bay.
