Bhim Singh Urges Sonia to Dissolve J&K PCC
By Sudesh Dogra
Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman of JKNPP and Member, NIC has expressed deep shock on the irresponsible, undesirable and unhealthy utterances by some responsible Congress Legislators and Parliamentarians from Jammu and Kashmir washing dirty family linens in public thus ridiculing the public morality and grace of their own leadership. He has advised Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, the President of A.I.C.C. to dissolve J&K unit of the Pradesh Congress and ask each Congress leader to contest the forthcoming polls of their own.
This he said was the only way for the purification of the Congress in J&K which has been stinking in mud and marshes for ever since its formation in 1964. He reminded Mrs. Sonia Gandhi that most of the leadership in the PCC was creation of the anti-national political agenda of the National Conference. That is the reason that the local leadership has been engaged in loot and corruption least caring for the aspirations and political agenda of the people of the differen t regions of the State.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that the revelations made by a Lok Sabha Member from Jammu that he sought favour from Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and the Chief Minister to save the sitting Congress Speaker and PCC President from the CBI Net in Sex Scandal. Does the Congress leader mean that the CBI in Sex Scandal was operating under the monitorship of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and the Chief Minister? Prof. Bhim Singh said that this matter does not remain a subject matter of the PCC but needs a thorough investigation by something higher than the CBI. Does this mean, asked Bhim Singh who is a noted lawyer in the Supreme Court also, that some innocent people were involved in the Sex Racket by the Congress leadership to settle their political score with them.
He also demanded resignation of the Speaker and Former PCC President from the Assembly so that an independent inquiry could be held about the favour the CBI has shown to the Congress party, according to the allegation levelled by a Congress MP. The CBI should quit the case immediately to uphold its own credibility.
